Today the 1st years went into Chester to try to communicate the incarnation - a God who is a spirit coming into a messed up world as a human being. They arranged rubbish in the shape of a cross, placed a baby doll in the middle and struck poses around the installation -one person indiffernt, one praying, one scorning and one trying to reach it. From the first minute people stopped to ask what was it about. People discussed with us what it meant and tried to graplle with the whole idea. We explained God coming into our mess to over 40 people today and shared out our gospels and literature - the team were amazing - we connected - in one woman's words "Oh yeh, I get it, I really get it".
