Last week our students and staff went out two-by-two to visit all the shops in the city centre. They took out this letter and explained that we, as part of the wider church in Chester, would be willing to pray for their shop and individual staff if they wanted , especially in this uncertain ecnomomic climate. Many shop owners were surprised but our offer was taken up by many others as we tried to bring the good news in a relevant way to our city and the invidual people and businesses in it.
